Behold the Beloved
Behold The Beloved is a Rock band from Manheim, PA
that was formed in 2013 by Sean Green(vocalist) & Jeff Lehman (guitarist). Back in 2013, both Sean & Jeff were
originally in a band called 'Beyond The Call'. However, within that same year, 'Beyond The Call' had run its
course with all members going their separate ways. It was at that time when Sean & Jeff decided to form a new
band called 'Behold The Beloved'. They took the idea for their band's moniker from biblical text found in
Matthew 3:16-17, "When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens
were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a
voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
Disciple
Disciple is an American Christian metal band from Knoxville, Tennessee,
formed in 1992. On November 10th,2024, the band announced that their rendition of "Firm Foundation"
was selected as nominee in the 2025 Grammy awards for Best Contemporary/Christian Performance/Song.
After crowd-funded projects, Disciple signed with Tooth & Nail at the end of the decade and released
Love Letter Kill Shot in 2019.
I listened to Disciple heavily in my teenager years; beginning in 2004 when I was 14 years old.
